B-206 for MSFS 2024 - No Heli Manager

I bought the B-206 from Microsoft Store per instructions for MSFS 2024. It installed via what I guess was the Heli Manager. It asked me did I want Easy, Medium, Hard, etc. It added the heli to my MSFS 2024 and I am able to fly it. Two things.

  1. I can’t find the Heli Manager anywhere on my PC if I want to change from Easy to Difficult, or whatever. No Heli Manager to be found.
  2. Whenever I do a Free Flight with the B206 Heli, it is already started. I want to start it myself. How can I change that?

If you purchased it from the microsoft store, there is no external application needed. HeliManager is baked into the marketplace version. It opens when you click on the button on the panel.
Look at:

To start cold and dark, select a parking spot or ramp location.

Hmmm… I may have overlooked in the documentation, but still cannot located the heli manager button on the panel. Please help.

Below and to the right of the OAT gauge there is a black button.
