Is MSFS2020 needed to install Bell 47G to MSFS 2024 cuz I dont see the Bell 47G in aircraft/heicopter selection when starting the game (FYI I asked because I’ve uninstalled MSFS2020)

Nope. Our installer (web version) will install Helimanager to your program folder and then you decide where your community folder for 2024 is and it will install there.
