Hi there. Is there a tutorial about how to paint liveries for the 47? I’d love to make one myself.
Its a little sore issue at the moment, my paint folder structure isn’t the best but @Eagleskinner might be worth asking for help as he has done some lovely paints. I hope to have a true paintkit one day
Ok, thank you, Tony.
I am “on pause” with the Bell for the moment - I don’t mean anything bad by this. I was waiting to see where the dev team were going with our comments. After all, the last update did give rise to a lot of small, but niggly, cimments about the locations.
@TonyF - is anything changing wrt the last collection of our comments (e.g. my posts in Tech support June 29 and June 30). I would remind you that there were a couple of 3D model issues too, as well as urgent questions about the paint textures. I never saw any answers or even acknowledgements to those posts.
@alceubap - and others of course. Once the model has finally been consolidated, I will gladly do a write up of the textures to identify which bits go where. I also need to change all my liveries too - they are only good for up to V 1.25. They all fail on newer versions.
@all I have taken on a dev project so I am also rather tied up with another “job”
@Eagleskinner nothing bad implied at all mate, we are slowly getting to grips with the “niggles” as am I with a proper paintkit, I never replied as i couldn’t answer them as work is still in progress and real work gets in the way, i should of replied so my bad…ohhh dev project hmmm…HPG by chance?
I understand, thank you.
Nothing like that, @TonyF Tony. Private and real world. I shall wait until HPG release their 145 before giving them heartburn.
you can open and save my paints in Gimp, that is wat i use…
so you can change colours as you want,i use the sim for testing,if you change the plane and reload it it show the changes…
feel free to use my paints as you like
i start also painting on this one
a few of my paints are updated to 1.3
if you can open the files, then you see
I’ll try it, thank you!
Good point! All my paints do the same - Ginp or PS.
Actually, I’m a proficient Maya, Blender and Photoshop user. If I could see a snapshot of the model’s UVs, I think I can figure it out by myself. Is there an image of it, or is the 3D model itself readeble by any of these 3d softwares?
only change clours, and use other basic from Helisimmer B47VER20_CABIN_2_BASECOLOR.PNG
maybee try to do
