I have just been flying over the Faroe Islands, and this is now my new favourite. The texture colours are a bit unnatural, but they have captured the colourful houses (what few there are). It all looks great at sunset. I saw that there was a mod to use Google maps instead of Bing and wondered if the colours might be better. I checked on Google Earth and their satellite imagery is hideous; Bing is much better here.

I wish I could visit John Travolta’s mansion, with the airstrip and aircrafts he owns. I’ve being there, and there’s nothing there but a default house and an gas stattion. I guess I’ll have to learn how to get it from Google Maps (where it’s beautifully shown) and tranlate it to FS2020.

Super fun spot… Try the LZ, elevated about 1 mile west of the departure end of runway 28…

If you pull pitch too much, you might need to do an auto for real (in the sim any way)
