That was awesome! At the end of the solo flight, what was that he was twisting near his feet? Some kind of break?

If you have a look closely there is a twist friction control on the cyclic, not modelled on ours. This “locks” the cyclic from being accidentally moved when he gets out, the red knob is also a collective friction control with a similar function.
