After reading the forum and noting the popularity of the MASH environment I was wondering if a “D” model could be forthcoming. The biggest change would be eliminating the two saddle tanks and creating a transverse single tank mounted behind the transmission and perhaps changing the Lycoming logos to Franklin. I realize the cabin is wider in the G model, but the single tank would be the main spotting feature and would eliminate a complete rework of the hull.

As for future models, whether different helicopters or modifications to the Bell 47G, I’m afraid that don’t know what the plans are.
I am as keen as you to see what comes next, but it looks like we are all going to need to wait and see.
