When I go to activate the product key I get an error that FlyInside was unable to reach the server.
Have tried disabling Norton.

Have you tried downloading the latest XP patch?
Try the following link. It’s a zip file. Extract and replace your XP bell 47 folder with this and try to activate. Let me know if it works and we will send it to the store.
