product key i have is in format

tried with and without hyphens, says “product key not found”
what to do?
Hi precious and welcome aboard.
If you are using copy/paste, you might want to make sure that you are copying the whole number and have no non-visible characters in front of or after the number. Also, make sure that all of the previous contents of the field are removed before or by the paste action. Ctrl&a before doing the paste is a useful combination to remember for such situations.
